Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu is to visit Athens in early September for talks aimed at preparing the relaunch of a bilateral cooperation council, it was agreed Tuesday during talks between Davutoglu and his Greek counterpart Dimitris Avramopoulos in Istanbul.

Avramopoulos and Davutoglu spoke on the sidelines of a summit of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation. Davutoglu described the talks yesterday as “friendly and cordial.”
