MPs are due to debate and then vote on Monday whether to indict former Finance Minister Giorgos Papaconstantinou over his handling of the Lagarde list of depositors.

Parliament will discuss the findings of its preliminary judicial committee, which recommended that Papaconstantinou stand trial for breach of duty, doctoring an official document and breach of faith while serving in office.

Papaconstantinou denies that he removed the names of four relatives from the list with more than 2,000 Greek depositors at the Geneva branch of HSBC.
