Tsipras, whose speech has the title “Alternatives for Greece,” is due to join a round table discussion called “Advice to governments to come” on Tuesday with European policy experts.
Tsipras has opposed Greece’s memorandum, or loan agreement, with the country’s troika of foreign creditors, and has said his party will reverse any privatizations carried under the pressure of the troika when it comes to power.
