Incoming European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker is to meet with Prime Minister Antonis Samaras on Friday for talks and a working lunch in the former Luxembourg premier's second visit to the Greek capital in two months.

The meeting is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. and is informal so statements are not expected afterwards. The progress of Greece's reform drive and the current review by troika officials, the size of Greece's funding gap for next year and the prospects for lightening the country's debt burden are expected to be discussed.
