Seven people were arrested outside PAOK’s Toumba Stadium in Thessaloniki on Sunday after trouble between supporters and police flared up ahead of the local team’s game against Olympiakos.

Police said that fans caused damage to 12 cars, two buses and two motorcycles. Five policemen suffered minor injuries.

The men arrested are aged between 16 and 44. The game finished in a 0-0 draw, leaving Olympiakos top of the Greek Super League with a six-point difference from Panathinaikos.
