Two people were killed as a result of a quarrel between Albanian nationals eating at a tavern in the Athens district of Kallithea at noon on Tuesday. According to reports, four Albanians were sitting at a table eating and talking to each other. Suddenly, and for an unknown reason, two of them drew pistols and shot the other two, hitting the one in the head and the other in the chest. The perpetrators then fled the scene.
Three foreign nationals injured in failed break-in on Corfu

A 23-year-old Pakistani suffered stab wounds in the early morning hours on Tuesday when two Albanian workers, who shared the house he had broken into in downtown Corfu, tried to take away his knife and apprehend him. 
The two Albanians were also injured in the process.

The Pakistani was arrested shortly afterwards following a police chase.
