Hundreds of T-shirts and other counterfeit brand name items were seized in the city of Rhodes, on the same-day island, when authorities raided a “black market” warehouse and a private home owned by a local businessman, it was announced on Wednesday.
The entrepreur, who is still wanted by police, was supplying tens of retail stores across the country with counterfeit clothing items.
A day earlier, police had arrested the suspect’s 75-year-old father and 40-year-old sister, owner of a souvenir shop in the Old City of Rhodes where counterfeit items were also found.
