The prosecutor in the “Conspiracy of the Cells of Fire” terrorist gang case asked the court on Tuesday to find six of the defendants guilty and acquit the remaining three.
Prosecutor Dimitris Dassoulas asked for the acquittal of defendants Emmanuel Yiospas, Errikos Rallis and Nikos Vogiatzakis. All three were not in custody while on trial.

According to the prosecutor, guilty of felony and misdemeanour charges including participation in criminal organization, possession of explosive materials and causing explosions should be found defendants, Haris Hatzimihelakis, Panagiotis Argyrou, Giorgos Karayiannidis, Panagiotis Massouras, Konstantina Karakatsani and Alexandros Mitroussias.
