Police in the municipality of Zitsa in the region of Ioannina, northern Greece, were investigating an armed robbery which took place at a Greek postal service ELTA branch on Wednesday.
According to reports two armed robbers entered the ELTA offices and demanded cash before subsequently fleeing with 40,000 euros in a vehicle which they later abandoned in a deserted area.
