Police in Thessaloniki, northern Greece, were seeking a 48-year-old man on Thursday who is believed to have broken into the same private college eight times during a period of just over a year and stolen some 8,000 euros in cash as well as books and stationery.

The intruder is believed to have climbed the exterior of the building and entered via a window or balcony before using a skeleton key to access classroom doors.
