Kasidiaris refused any involvement in the illegal recording which was carried out in November 2013.
Following Kasidiaris’s deposition, public prosecutor Constantinos Sargiotis ruled in favor of the Golden Dawn spokesperson’s conditional release. Nevertheless, given that Kasidiaris is facing charges, including arms possession and participating in a criminal organization, in another case, he returned to maximum security Korydallos Prison where he remains in pre-trial custody.
