Foreign Minister Stavros Lambrinidis will on Monday embark on a tour of Norway and Denmark, during which he will meet his counterparts in those countries, representatives of the local Parliaments and hold press conferences for local media. Through the visits, Lambrinidis hopes to inform European public opinion about the ambitious reform programme underway in Greece and explain its importance for Europe, in view of a process to ratify the decisions of European leaders for a second bailout package to Greece.
Lambrinidis has already paid visits to Germany, Austria, Poland and Britain and will soon also visit Sweden.
