Stocks lost 8.51 pct this week at the Athens Stock Exchange, with Friday's session being the eighth consecutive to post losses on the heels of ever-sinking bank shares.
The general index lost 1.02 pct to close at 880.08 points.

Turnover was a moderately low 58.037 million euros.

The Big Cap index dropped 1.98 pct, the Mid Cap index ended 0.98 pct lower and the Small Cap index dropped 1.25 pct.
Foods & Beverages (2.93 pct) and Financial Services (1.77) posted the biggest percentage gains of the day, while Banks (-5.22 pct) and Healthcare (-3.45 pct) recorded the biggest losses of the day.

Broadly, advancers trailed decliners by 45 to 84 with another 55 issues remained unchanged.
