Infrastructure, Transport and Networks ministry employees on Friday morning blocked the entrance of the ministry in the Holargos suburb of Athens as the European Commission (EC), European Central Bank (ECB) and International Monetary Fund (IMF) 'troika' chiefs arrived by car for a scheduled meeting with minister Ragoussis on the opening of the closed-shop professions and reorganisation of urban transport. Approximately 50 ministry employees blocked off the ministry entrance, effectively obstructing the troika chiefs access to the building.
