Low temperatures will remain and, especially during morning and late evening hours, in mountainous regions in the central and northern parts of the country, weather will be “frightful”. Winds are expected to cause disruptions to boat routes and at places will reach up to 7 on the Beaufort scale.
Meanwhile, on road arteries across country, traffic police has taken extra measures to handle possible traffic problems, starting now and until January 6, on Epiphany day.
Measures include alcohol test to avoid unpleasant and dangerous street violations that can cause serious road accidents.
Be careful of…

-Activities near the seaside during dangerous or intense weather phenomena.
-Crossing streams and torrents either on foot or by car.
-Make sure of hearing the latest on weather news.
-Follow authorities’ directions religiously.
