Volume on the Big Cap index totaled 1,679 contracts worth 5.433 million euros, with 28,621 short positions in the market.

Volume on the Big Cap index totaled 1,679 contracts worth 5.433 million euros, with 28,621 short positions in the market.

Volume in futures contracts on equities totaled 7,089 contracts worth 2.263 million euros with investment interest focusing on Marfin Popular Bank’s contracts (2,241), followed by Eurobank (134), OTE (427), Piraeus Bank (1,230), National Bank (971), Alpha Bank (279) and Cyprus Bank (991).
