Their 10-day strike began on the previous Sunday and will end on Wednesday morning. A new seven-day strike had been decided that is being suspended. “We hope our decision for a suspension will prove to be contributing to defusion,” the Federation of Employees in Petroleum products, Refineries and the Chemical Industry stressed in an announcement on Tuesday evening.
